MarketHeart

Agentic marketing agency

The marketing team
that runs itself.

MarketHeart's AI agents plan, launch and tune your paid campaigns on Google Ads, Reddit Ads and OpenAI (ChatGPT) Ads, and report every day in plain numbers. You set the budget and approve the changes; the agents do the work.

Talk to us How it works

What the agents do

Plan

Research keywords, audiences and placements, and propose campaigns with a budget and a measurable goal.

Launch

Set up campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords once you have approved the plan and the spend.

Tune

Check performance daily and propose budget, bid, keyword and ad changes; pause what doesn't work.

Report

Daily numbers you can read at a glance: spend, clicks, CPC, CPA and conversions, from ad click to sign-up.

Built on three principles

People decide

Agents propose; people decide. New campaigns, budgets and spend changes are approved by a person before they are made, and each decision is recorded with who made it. You agree the budget with us up front.

Everything is visible

Every call our agents make to an ad platform is logged: what was done, on which account, and the result. Live dashboards show spend, CPC, CPA and conversions, and you can see them any time.

A control layer in between

Agents reach the ad platforms through MarketHeart Gateway, which holds the credentials, allows only declared operations on declared client accounts and keeps an audit log of every call.

Permissions and approvals

Every spend change and new campaign requires human approval before it goes live. Agents only propose; an operator approves; every API call is logged.

  • Read-only by default. Gateway access is read-only unless write access is explicitly granted. A read-only connection is refused any change, including test changes.
  • Declared operations and accounts only. Each operation, such as "set campaign daily budget", is declared in advance as read or write, and calls can target only the client accounts declared for that platform.
  • A person approves spend. Budget changes, new campaigns and other spend decisions are proposed to an authorized MarketHeart operator as an approval card. The change is made only after the operator approves it, and each decision is recorded with who made it.
  • Read back, never retried blindly. After a change we read the setting back from the platform. Failed changes are not retried automatically.
  • Audit trail. The gateway logs every call — operation, account, outcome and timing — and never stores credential values in logs.

Per-client permissions and an enforced approval queue are put in place before we onboard each new external customer.

MobaManager is an online esports team-manager game operated by First to Market OÜ, the company behind MarketHeart. It is our own game and our first case.
