Privacy policy
Updated 8 October 2026
This policy covers the MarketHeart website and MarketHeart Gateway, which connects authorized accounts to tools for reporting, campaign management and business workflows.
Who we are
The controller is First to Market OÜ, trading as MarketHeart, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 14738436). Contact [email protected] about privacy or your data.
Data we use
When you leave your email on this site, we store your email address, the form it came from and timestamps so we can reply and contact you about MarketHeart. Hosting providers process request information to deliver and protect the site.
If you connect a Google or other provider account, Gateway processes authorization tokens, account identifiers and the data needed for the operations you request. For Google Ads, this means campaign, ad, keyword, budget, account and performance data of the client accounts you have authorized. The consent screen identifies the permissions requested. Access depends on your consent and the permissions of the connected account.
Purpose and sharing
Connected-account data is used only to provide your requested integrations, reports, campaign management and workflows. Data passes to the connected service and the authorized tool or person requesting the operation. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data to operate the service. Each client's data is kept separate and is not shared with other clients. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or for training general-purpose AI models.
MarketHeart Gateway's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
Gateway credentials are stored encrypted on the server, and access is restricted to authorized service operations. We keep contact emails until you ask us to remove them, and connected-account data while it is needed for the service you asked for, for security, or to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access but does not by itself delete data we already hold. Email us to request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or to object to its use. We may need to verify your identity and will explain any retention required by law. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
