These terms cover the MarketHeart website and MarketHeart Gateway, provided by First to Market OÜ, trading as MarketHeart, registered in Estonia (registry code 14738436). Questions: [email protected].

Using the service

Use MarketHeart only for lawful purposes and accounts you are authorized to access. Keep credentials private. Do not bypass access controls, misuse another person's data or interfere with the service.

Gateway connects authorized accounts to reporting tools, campaign management and business workflows. Review the permissions shown when connecting an account and the operation you request. You are responsible for deciding whether an operation and its results are appropriate for your work.

Connected providers

Third-party services have their own terms, limits and charges. Connecting an account does not grant permissions beyond those provided by that account. You can revoke access through the provider. Our privacy policy explains how we handle connected-account data.

Availability and changes

Features may change or become unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that third-party information is complete or accurate. Check results before relying on them for important decisions. Leaving your email does not create a subscription or guarantee access.

We may restrict access to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Separate written service agreements, where applicable, govern the services they cover and take precedence over these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, First to Market OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for intent or gross negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another choice.
